Also our receipts are valid for a year on any footwear UNWORN outside. Also come in and sign up to our email club and see our fantastic branded footwear online....you won't be disappointed and with free home delivery or send to store delivery what you waiting for???? Our staff give you all the personal help you need to make the ultimate choice for you.

        Absolutely disgusting experience here. The man behind the till was ridiculously rude about the customers in the store as he made offensive comments about them to his colleague. He had told his colleague to go and stand by the front door because nobody (the customers) have any common sense. As I was leaving the store he had pulled a face and shook his head to his colleague as if to imply the customers were idiots in addition to complaining further about the customers simply being in the store. All the while none of the staff were wearing face masks which allowed their constant irritated and moody facial expressions to be seen. This gentleman should either be sacked or given a course in common decency which he is clearly lacking. Will definitely not be returning and will tell everyone I know to shop at any of the significantly better shoe stores in Mansfield of which there are plenty.
