        Shoes broke after trying on, irregular choice. Appears to be a design flaw as shoes otherwise OK. I contacted the company but was told they cannot refund as 'irregular choice are delicate' I am extremely unhappy as they should be fit for purpose and I haven't even worn them out the house, I'd not expect bits to be falling off! And to be told I can't be refunded on a pair of shoes that should be almost 300! I have never had issue with irregular choice shoe before- Disgusting customer service.

        This is a fantastic shop. They cater for all ages .I am of later yrs . Brilliant for me too. The staff are kind and nothing is to much trouble . Go and see for yourself you will not be disappointed
