We needed a new stair carpet and went to National Carpets after two very high recommendations from friends and were so happy that we did. Julie was lovely and helped us to find the ideal carpet. The fitter Chris came the same afternoon to measure, Darren called us the next morning with the very reasonable quote. Our beautiful new carpet was expertly fitted the following week and we are delighted with it. Thank you so much Julie, Darren and Chris for your friendly and professional service. We will definitely return when we need to replace other carpets in our home.

Darren and Julie always go out of their way to give you that personal touch when it comes to customer service weather it's flooring . carpets or that striking piece of unique furniture or ornament you have been looking for to finish that space . You will struggle to leave this shop without finding at least something you like and just when you think you have seen it all Julie just keeps coming up with something new that you just can't live without . Brillant shop , fantasic service why shop online when you have a local shop as good as this where you can actually see what you are buying before you buy it and get that personal service . Keep doing what you are doing Darren and Julie great job.

After recommendation from my parents we had our carpets fitted throughout our house from national carpets. Julie came back to me very quickly on messages and Darren was very quick to measure up our house and give us a quote. A week later the carpets were fitted throughout which were of great quality.
