I worked in this care home for 7 years before I became Tutor in Health and Social Care. 8 years later The knowledge which I gained in Newgate Lodge, the care, compassion, communication, commitment which were embedded in the company values are used by me to train new generation of carers all over the UK. I remember my time in Newgate Lodge with sentiment. I met a lot of lovely people and their families and each day was an adventure. They have very good staff retention most of people I work with is still there. Really good home!
