I attended clinic to see Lizze for my mummy mot 7mths postnatal. After a traumatic birth and back problem, Lizzie was amazing taking me through the assessment and outcome in detail and answered any questions. She is so bubbly and welcoming . I felt at ease and when leaving i felt i could look forward positively. Thank you!

I have just got home after seeing Lizzie and genuinely couldnt wait to write this review! What an absolute gem she is and the most incredible service that she offers! Worth every single penny and the rest so please dont hesitate to invest in this post natal check up. I feel so much better having seen her and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. She is super friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She put me straight at ease and I felt really comfortable on what could be quite a daunting situation. This is honestly the best care I have ever received, I felt like Lizzie really cared and listened to all my concerns which makes me feel so much more confident to get back to exercising more regularly. Everyone should be entitled to a Mummy MOT the service is invaluable to long term health and is the best investment I could have ever made for my self following by birth via c-section.

I honestly don't know where to begin, this lady is just amazing!! She has worked a miracle on me after having my second baby, her knowledge and understanding is incredible, which just shows her passion for what she does. Lizzie always has a smile on her face and her bubbly energy is fantastic never a dull moment! Highly recommended to anyone needing any support from pelvic floor to general mummy mot! And for anyone who has had a tough time or nervous about getting checked (I had a traumatic birth) Lizzie has understanding, patience and we took things as slowly as I needed, Thank you Lizzie
