        The staff are absolutely amazing at Ashcroft. My mum went in on the 8th Aug 2022 as she was on end of life and nothing was to much trouble in looking after her and accommodating myself and my family. Tobbie and Michael went above and beyond to make sure mum was as comfortable as possible until she passed away on the 13th Sept we are eternally greatful. We would definitely recommend ashcroft to anyone.

        An outstanding care home that truly values the residents and makes its their home. All services managed by Bank house Care homes look and feel like a 5* Hotel with every need catered for. Staff and management team are excellent and always deliver A* service.

        This care home is fantastic. The standard of care is outstanding. Staff are wonderful. Its more like a family home. They cared for my dad untill he passed away and i cant emphasise enough how wonderful they were. Thankyou lorraine boylett.
