My insurance company attempted to get Fix Auto to repair my car after an accident. Head office called to tell me that it would be going to Sutton in Ashfield and to expect a call to arrange collection. I did indeed receive a call but instead of the expected assistance the lady told me that as my car is undrivable due to a faulty indicator post-accident they can't accept it and 'somebody will be in touch'. Eight days later and no contact. It's virtually impossible to get through to Head Office - I spent an hour and a half on hold to be told that they haven't done anything because they are too busy. From start to finish this company was first class. From the first conversation with the receptionist to picking my car up after being fixed. Would highly recommend and I'm a very picky person so for me to give 5 star's is surprising myself
