Kay not only validates your feelings but does so in a way that allows you to be reflective and consider other options available. Kay has a calming and caring tone and aura about her which has always put me at ease and allowed me to feel listened to and valued as a person. Kay is a very special lady, if you are in need of someone to talk to for any issue if your life I would recommend Kay in a heartbeat.
