Was at Forest Toen branch this morning when doors opened Toilets were filthy, not cleaned before store opens...what's that all about.

I will never part with anymore of my money to Asda , I was accused of stealing 2 bags of salad and randomly stopped at the door on the way out. I paid for these salad bags & opted for no receipt as why would I , then proceeded to purchase another 30 of goods which I needed a receipt for the next transaction , when fronted after she accused me I asked the lady to just go back 2 transactions on the self checkout till to prove Id paid, I was then told I cant do that duck sorry just not good enough , the sheer embarrassment was humiliating & degrading, your machines should instantly remove the option for no receipt to avoid anybody else facing the same humiliation , to be fair the security guard apologised profusely & said himself it was ridiculous! Absolutely disgusting after spending literally thousands in Asda and it being on my doorstep I refuse to ever set foot in one again. Be careful people , always get a receipt to avoid this!!
