        Good staff, we buy fuel for our heating.

        fuel deliveries late regularly - they have promised us delivieres for certain dates then dont deliver they then didn't give us any notice and left us with no fuel on more than 1 occasion. They cant even give rough eta's of fuel arrival. In short the worst fuel company in the midlands. Do not rely on them or you will be let down sooner rather than later.

        Fantastic experience with this company. We were short on oil, ordered through Oil club on Saturday. Payment taken Mon when NWF reopened and Oil with us by Thurs. The T & C's say up to 10 business days so this was outstanding service. Friendly on the phone and when delivering. My wife can have the heating on again so I'm back in the good books. Cheers guys
