Looking on the phone manufacturer's site it was said I could take my phone to EE for repair.
As Sutton in Ashfield is my nearest I took it in.
EE promise a 'Next Day Service' on mobile repairs.
I took my phone into the store on Wednesday.
After quite a long wait I was served and after a Q & A session and a check on the charge problem my phone was sent away for repair.
It was trackable via the EE repair Website so I was able to see progress.
The phone arrived on Thursday and was repaired Friday and returned by Saturday.
I can't give 5* as I wasn't notified my phone had been returned to store so I had to wait untill Monday to collect it.
As part of the service I was given a loan phone.
