I purchased an Amethyst white gold ring last week. I spoke to Tom on several occasions regarding ring sizing, pricing and shipping, he could not have been more friendly and helpful. I recymy ring today and it is stunning. It is everything I have been looking for.

I had such a good experience ordering a ring from Jollys website. I needed the ring resized so I called to make sure this could be done and spoke with Tom. He advised me to complete the order he confirmed he had received my request and would ensure the size was adjusted. The next day my order arrived in perfect condition sized correctly Im very happy with the product and customer service I received. Thank you Tom.

The fuzzy Scrapper
Unfortunately had abit of a negative experience. Purchased a ring sold as Sterling Silver set with black and white diamonds, got it home tested the stones as I do with all new pieces I buy . Nope CZs . Fair enough when I went back and pointed it out they checked and said were so sorry this was an error their end and the stones are in fact czs . They did give me a refund of the cost price however at this point Ive done 2 round trips from Nottingham city centre to Mansfield once to collect once to return. Taking over 2 hours a time so Im kind of still out of pocket . And I worry that a jeweller that has so much experience missed this . Id recommend getting your purchases from here verified by another independent jewellers if you have any doubt as if they missed this what else have they missed ?
