Frank Innes Sales and Letting Agents Mansfield

I would definitely never recommend Frank Innes, their lack of cooperation is embarrassing. Ive only dealt with them once and if I could avoid buying a property from them I would avoid it like the plague. Definitely do not put your property on sale with them, I would not trust them at all. We have had excellent service from Sarah Prest based at the Mansfield branch. She has been enormously helpful and professional and provided a 1st class service valuing our son's house and then marketing it and negotiating a good price. She has been very positive and pro active. Highly recommend!

Cant speak highly enough of Bethany at Frank Innes Mansfield who worked hard to make what was at times a challenging purchase process as smooth as possible. Id also recommend their mortgage specialist Gerardo - both he and Bethany were helpful, professional and proactive throughout.

We recently rented a property from Frank Innes and in the beginning they were flawless, responding to everything promptly and going out of their way to help us. We have now moved out of the property and are in the process of trying to get our bond returned and the service has turned into a complete nightmare. We are constantly chasing them and being passed around from person to person and no one will actually help or take accountable for it. Seems like as soon as they've got you as a customer you get cast aside.
