Bairstow Eve is the worst in the Mansfield I have been with them for 4 months The house was unready when I moved in so reported on the portal to fix them They only sorted 2 issues after 3 months 4 of them still pending when I ring them, they just ignored me nicely I want upper management to see the matters urgently I had enough of that Only 4 months dont think I can survive another 4 months Poorest service ever I have received in the UK I am frustrated with how they treating me even I asked them to pay rent by direct debit but they are not bothered Every time I ring them, they have excuse Please save the Mansfield Bairstow Eve branch

We had the easiest and stress free experience with Mollie. No long waits, we had calls to check in and kept us updated with progress, didnt have to call and chase or worry. Brilliant service

Ported our mortgage with Ella, mortgage advisor and she's amazing. Honestly couldn't recommend anyone better. Ella was always there checking in every couple of days and whenever you needed someone to talk things over. Absolute legend. Not just a mortgage advisor but now a friend. Highly recommended bairstowe everytime too.

From start to finish both Lauren and Mollie were brilliant , their knowledge of the selling process was excellent .Any problems were soon smoothed out . I would highly recommend Bairstowes Eves .

After trying to sell our property through an online agent and having a terrible experience, Lauren turned up on our doorstep and we are so grateful she did. After discussing our options with her we decided to list our property with Bairstow Eves and within a month we'd had twice as many viewings and had accepted an offer! Amber became out point of contact and was really helpful and friendly, in fact all the staff we dealt with have been incredibly helpful and kept us up to speed with every step. We would recommend Bairstow Eves Mansfield in a heartbeat!!
