I Got a pair of prescription glasses from Boots recently,I was promised that I would get a pair of sunglasses,if I purchased it within 3 months ,the sales lady confirmed multiple times that the sunglasses will still get 50percent off even if it is non prescription , however after I bought my prescription glasses and went within a month the story changed completely and it was informed that the sunglasses has to be prescription lenses to get the 50%off or even if I am buying a 130 worth Rayban sunglasses it won't be a brand new one ,they will be selling only the one which was kept for everyone to try on the shelf!!!!!!!I was told they will sort the situation as their team member gave the wrong information ,made me wait another 20 minutes and again I received the same response!!!!! For starters the sales lady gave false information to ensure that the first sale was successful and if a customer is paying for a pair of sunglasses ,don't they deserve brand new ones Over all our experience at Boots four seasons Mansfield was extremely disappointing because of poorly trained staff and false information provided .None of the staff seemed to know what they were doing and their excuse was they were off for the last few days!! I am giving one star because there is no option to give zero stars

I went in to have my diabetic eye examination as it has to be done yearly. The first time I went the person who did my test was very rude to me. I was in my electric wheelchair as I always am. Firstly she told me that that's not going to fit in my room so leave it outside in the corridor and walk in... I'm in a wheelchair for a reason... but I struggled and did what she asked. She then told me that I wasn't allowed to use my wheelchair for several hours cos of my eyes being blurred. I asked her what she would like me to do... her reply was to just park in the car park above and walk down it's not very far.... rude obnoxious ignorant horrible person. Returned 2nd year as I thought I would give them another chance... same thing happened... I will NOT be going there again...

Central Booking messed up my appointment date: Different manager in store to our last visit, she was most unhelpful- wont be going back: Same this happened to a friend of mine too, she is of the same opinion.

Only go here for my diabetic eye screening and also a check up cos getting headaches was told they do it with screening thought yeah great. The option gave off a I know it all vibe, made a big deal that I'm now long sighted in both eyes (I already knew cos I go to vision express) then after told that I can leave. When I did the receptionist called me to go back cos they didn't do the eye test. Also when waiting you feel uncomfortable the receptionists keeps staring at u also talking about other patients loudly so everyone could hear. Refuse to go back there for future screenings.
