I found the manager very sharp standoffish and just unfriendly. Her and the rest of the staff were more interested in straightening coathangers rather than interacting with the customers. A hello and a bit of cheerful chat costs nothing. I don't know why miserable folk decide to work with the public when they clearly can't be arsed.

Just left,, spent 20 pounds on clothes forra good cause,,,but the staff were awful. Passive aggressive,,down in the mouth,,felt really uncomfortable shopping in there today and I've been in about 10 times,,shocking. Manageress could really do with addressing her own attitude and maybe that'd lead to an uplift in that of the rest of the staffs
