First time using Boiler Care Plus for annual maintenance. Prompt, polite, competitive, knowledgeable. Took the time to adjust flow in radiators to correct temperature issue. Will be using again....highly recommended.

John has recently done a job for us swapping our tank for a combi boiler. We are very happy with everything! He answered all questions, was on time, kept us in the loop, and (most importantly) was excellent with our dogs we will be continuing to use him for any gas concerns/boiler services in the future! Just rang up as woke this morning to loss of water pressure,I was met by a great friendly engineer on the other end of the phone. The engineer after me telling him the problem talked me step by step how to resolve the problem. He did this without having to come out and charge me the 75 call out charge I am very grateful for this as the previous company wanted to charge me 175 call out as a miminal. As a result of this when I get my boiler serviced I will 100% be using this guy and after my short experience I recommend that anyone else having problems considers using boiler cars plus. Fantastic service! I called John when our boiler developed a fault and left us with no hot water or heating. He visited our property the next day and was able to fix the problem within half an hour. Very happy with the price John charged and would highly recommend his services.
