Katrina on the mortgage team provided a great service and a speedy turn around for my mortgage. I also found her very calming and reassuring which really helped when dealing with the typical stresses of buying a property.

Horrific communication. Used their services for a mortgage offer, got an AIP and then they fell off the face of the earth, gave them numerous of opportunities to help find us a new rate and support our application. Was told we'll call you back, we'll email you something over. Parkhall did not manage the process at all, had zero structure in place for dealing with a new mortgage offer for a new build. We enlisted their services and gave them ample of opportunities but received nothing, a polite email saying we have no time or do not wish to proceed with us would have been fine but they kept promising to reply and never did. Plenty of other reputable businesses our there that manage your application from start to finish and want your business.
