There seems to have been a massive improvement in the practice recently. The receptionists do everything they can to help and the other medical staff have all been brilliant.

Seriously the worst reception staff of all, drs can be dismissive but generally well mannered, however the receptionists seem to go to work with Barb wired stick so far up their backsides they take it out on those that miraculously get through to make an appointment, if they read these reviews, which I highly doubt, suggest you all look for alternative work because you obviously dont care for people and why you work at gp surgery is a mystery, unless its because you can get away with gabbing to one another all day, find a job you enjoy and be nice to people or just leave if you dont like the job, or is the wage and benefits too good so abuse that privilege also?

Appointment system useless, website says you can call in to surgery to book an appointment, no you can't. Got to ring for an appointment at 8 am, asked receptionist what happens if I can't get one, you'll have to try following day. Good look getting through. Put off going to gp cos knew I wouldn't get an appointment the system is useless. Will have to phone 111.
