When I joined the company I was told you get payed for the full 7 hours you work start to finish just like other carers and other jobs, but no due to a change of contract they now only pay for contact time only, so they have you travel for half an hour from one call to another both calls being 20 mins long so all this time you still haven't been payed a hours pay until you do another 20 Mins at someone else's house, the amount they pay for travel costs is no where near enough that's for sure. You end up with no break you ring and explain and they don't try to help just tell you you have to carry on, I enjoyed caring for the people that I did ,they made the job alot nicer that's for sure , but I couldn't carry on draining myself ,working 7 hours a day every single day and only coming out with 850 a month I mean come on that's a joke

The care staff and management provided an excellent service whilst looking after my mum during end of life care. They went above and beyond to make sure Mum knew every step of the way what was happening. They were very compassionate and caring. We would highly recommend if you need care for a loved one. Thank you you made a sad time more bearable! Xx

Grandfather had care with premier and we could not have been more happy. Carers are amazing and very caring. Management always respond in timely manner when we call the office. We cant thank premier enough and we would highly recommend. 5 stars all the way.
