        What is the threshold for the emergency line? It worries me that you have a very condescending receptionist who has no mind to triage what may very well be an emergency. At the very least she needs some form of training with regard to her telephone manner. The other receptionist was very polite and helpful and I thank her for apologising on behalf of the other.

        I cant really fault anything, they are always helpful , caring, great appointment system, hearing some of my friends experiences with their doctors makes me realise just how great my doctors is.

        Ive been going here since I was little its a rlly good place and they are so friendly I went for a blood test not long ago and accidentally turned up a. Week to early and they managed to fit me in and get it over and done with which is good as Im scared of needles
