In 2019 the Wainwright Society engaged the services of Redbox Graphic Design and Web Design Service to redevelop our website from its previous static platform to a modern and user-focused site. We were supported from day 1 on this process and he provided the perfect balance between professional advice and practical suggestions. Nothing was too much for Mark and his overall service has proved exemplary. Amazingly, as we kept changing things on numerous occasions, we came in within budget too! I needed a website and logo designing. After numerous calls and messages left to not much avail I came across Redbox. I had an initial chat with Mark over the phone to discuss what I required and the rest of the process was conducted via email. Mark was very professional in his approach and obviously very knowledgeable which, straight away, made me feel at ease! He and his team proceeded to design me a fantastic logo and website which looks absolutely amazing! Mark spoke to me in terms I could understand and he was very patient with me whilst I was asking him to change things around on the site. I am over the moon with the finished results and the price was very reasonable too. Overall, if you want a professional looking logo or website without breaking the bank and a team who is professional but also down to earth and very approachable, then give Redbox a call. This company helped us so much when we set up our business they helped with website if we needed any changes they were always accommodating i would even send a email late in the evening to had something to the website and i would get a email the following morning all done. Good company.
