        If you are thinking of joining slimming world, I can strongly recommend the Skegby groups! I have been to many different slimming world groups in the last few years, across the country, and can honestly say that Autumn's group is my favourite. She is a genuinely caring person and will help you on your slimming world journey!

        ive been to slimming world many times over the years ..always the same group. never ever done as well as i have since i joined Autumn's fabulous Monday morning group. Autumn is SO caring and helpful and kind and Genuine that you cant help but do well and lose lb after lb.......If your thinking about trying slimming world...then please join Autumn and let her help you like shes helped me . you wont regret it!!!

        I joined Autumn's slimming world group in April and attend the Monday evening group at Skegby. I am so pleased that I decided to join. I feel supported not only by Autumn, our consultant, but group members too. We are all on a journey together. Highly recommended.
