So I went in for a reassurance scan which was unfortunately not good news, however from the minute I walked in I felt unwelcome and didnt feel comfortable at all. The receptionist didnt once smile and The woman doing my ultrasound seemed like she was completely clueless and didnt even know what she was looking for and was silent throughout the whole thing making me feel even worse not giving me any input on what she was seeing. She also told me one twin was considerable smaller and proceeded to give me measurements showing the twins being the same size. Considering I went elsewhere for a dating scan at 6 weeks I felt like the sonographer here was very rough and was very unnecessary painful compared to what Ive experienced in the past. Do not recommend if you are an anxious person

A friendly place, everyone made me feel so comfortable. I went 3 times. Very professional and they check everything each time which is so reassuring. I purchased a beautiful giraffe with his heartbeat in too so I can cherish it forever! Thank you x

We didn't get any names but my partner and I attended 17/09 at half 10 so hopefully our thanks can be passed on to the right staff. We would highly recommend Hey Baby Mansfield to anyone. It was a lovely experience and it was nice that the staff were just as excited as we were. Thank you for much to the receptionist who was super welcoming upon arrival and a special thanks to the ladies who were with us during our scan!

All staff supper friendly would definitely recommend. The lady that did the scan went through everything she seen she smiled and was polite alway thought got a lovely gift pack thing at the end the scan photos are really good aswell
