I looked around several months ago for a caravan that had a certain spec, the one they had in didn't quite tick all the boxes so I didn't buy. No hard sell. No pushy sales tactics, all questions answered with knowledge and they were helpful. However, as it happened, three months later one popped into their showroom with the spec that I wanted, I didn't hold out specifically to buy one from there, it was pure coincidence that they had one in (I was looking online for caravans and quite specific about what I wanted). Clare and the team were as helpful as before, so I parted with my coin and the demo Ben gave upon collection was pitched perfectly for the complete novice that I was - even if a few days later they attended the caravan where I had it stored for something that was my fault, I did feel suitably sheepish when Jacob told me it was the electric supply at fault and not the caravan, face palm moment. Would recommend to anyone looking for peace of mind with dealer facilities - everything works perfectly on the caravan (as it should, but there are some rogues out there) and nothing is too much trouble for them.
