        Anyone who has given this place a 5* review has obviously never stayed here or had a family member stay here. The staff are rude & abusive to those living there, there is no supervision whatsoever of whats happening in the building, theres more drink drugs & fighting in there than there is in the pubs. And staff will pin it on & press charges against the person they dont like whilst letting others get away with alsorts. They dont care about anyones wellbeing or mental health & do everything they can to make their mental health worse. Theres absolutely No support from staff with anything atall, not even for those under 18 with disabilities in need of support. Absolutely shocking, people are better off on the streets than in here!
