Over the last few months Dan has put in our new bathroom, turned our old ensuite in to a fab walk in wardrobe, fitted new interior doors and put in an outdoor electric socket. Everything is fantastic!! Nothing is ever too much trouble and his attention to detail even stopped my husband finding fault. We won't go anywhere else, can't wait for the next project!

THIS WAS A REVIEW FOR S.I.A PROPERTY SERVICES BUT AFTER LEAVING THE REVIEW HE BLOCKED ME SO IT JUST CAME UP AS A POST RATHER THAN LINKED TO THE COMPANY. PLEASE AVOID S.I.A PROPERTY SERVICES: Dan had agreed a price with us and arrange to do the work in May 2021. As we were flexible we agreed he could do the work around other ongoing jobs which suited both us and Dan, however he never showed. We contacted him he explained things hadn't gone to plan with a job he was doing and said he would come the first weekend in July again he never showed and then stopped answering messages and calls. Dan fitted a bathroom for us a few years ago and we were really happy with the service but this time he has really let us down even though he knew we had knocked the old bathroom out ready for him to do it. We would never have done this without having someone booked as trades are so hard to book at the moment. We still have no bathroom fitted due to waiting times for trades. Dan you really let us down with no explanation, I messaged before leaving this review to give you the opportunity to explain but again no reply. I would recommend anyone to avoid this company given the horrendous way in which we have been treated.
