A lovely pet shop. The employees are all so friendly and welcoming, both Oscar and I love visiting. He knows where he is when we arrives and goes flying out the car with so much excitement. Thank you everyone for making Kennelgate/Pets and Friends that little bit more special than most pet store chains.

Friendly staff in there, some staff do like to start a conversation which is always nice. And for a small(ish) shop, they do stock a fair amount of decent quality brands that arent full of cereal and sugar and they have a wide selection of natural treats which is great. I love going here as I prefer the treats from here to anywhere else. And you have a decent range of natural treats which is always fully stocked whenever I go in. I shop elsewhere for my dogs food as I get staff discount but in terms of their dog food in pets and friends, they have some decent brands in there. The only downside to pets and friends is that they are a bit pricy at no fault of the staff of course. Their products are always cheaper on other online companies. The only way to make it better is doing their offers such as 4 for the price of 3, which works out better but still a bit much and youre still spending more in the end really because youre buying more products. So you either by 1 item thats expensive. Or you buy in bulk for the offers but end up spending more money anyway because youre getting more items. Its a shame they didnt have some form of loyalty scheme for in store spending. Or if there is, I havent been made aware. Rating any less than 4 stars I think would be harsh considering Im rating the store itself, not the whole company. These guys are friendly and the store stocks some decent products so I think 4 stars is fair.

Sarah was super friendly and helpful in helping find a dog harness that fitted our lab. I would have no problem recommending this pet store.
