Just booked our holiday...excellent, friendly service from Lois.

Well what more could I say. We went into your store on Saturday with simply no idea on the destination to look into holidays. All we knew was the dates we could go. And as we haven't been on a plane since 2008 we are ready for a good one. Now after some hours through our own fault of picking different destinations we settled in the end. Your staff member Lois had the patience of a saint and worked well after her shift and the store had closed to make sure we were happy with our booked holiday. Now we cannot wait until August when we get to enjoy it. All a credit to Lois. Thank You.

We have just booked a holiday here with Lois. It has been a great experience booking through tui sutton. Lois was a saint who had a lot of patience with us as we had not much of an idea where we would like to go. She showed us and advised us through every place and hotel that we were looking at. Even showing and printing ideas off for days out and places to visit while there. Would highly recommend booking your next holiday through tui Sutton-in-Ashfield fantastic experience with friendly staff. Thank you again. we can't wait to go away now.

My husband and I always book our holidays with tui sutton in ashfield and we always pick Debbie to do our bookings, we have used Debbie for years as she is very patient and after dealing with us for years knows exactly what we like and what we don't like , we are both quite fussy about resorts, hotels, airlines etc and she goes above and beyond to get us the perfect holiday , I'd 100% recommend Debbie for all your holiday needs.
