        If you're in a rush or just don't fancy standing around for 45 minutes for 3 bolts, I'd probably go elsewhere. Slowest service I've ever encounted, I've never been here for less than 25minutes. Not sure if they make the bolts whilst you wait or if they just hide them around the warehouse to keep the staff on a wild bolt goosechase, but it's literally the bain of my life having to come here. The expression 'watching paint dry' comes to mind, although paint probably dries faster than the staff at Bapps can work.
