        Second time I have had a parcel delivered here and not been able to collect it on the first visit even though I've had a message saying it was at the shop. First time they said it wasn't there even though it was. This time they couldn't et me have the parcels as the owner wasn't there and he had the UPS scanner with him. Sick of having to go back for parcels its not just around the corner.
