Based in an old bottle factory, this place is huge and is crammed with an extensive range of carpets. It does not cater for, however, those searching for exotic / unique designs. It does provide excellent quality carpets in a range of prices to suit all pockets. The salesperson who assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly guided me to a suitable carpet that met my needs. An appointment was made for it to be fitted. They came as specified - did their work efficiently and quickly. When you get your receipt, there is a helpful attachment explaining what to expect on the day of fitting. Take a few minutes to read it. There is parking just outside, but this is limited. Inside the floors are uneven - take care! There is a downstairs display area that hasn't wheelchair access. Otherwise wheelchair users could manoeuvre or, of course, simply ask to have the samples brought to them. I would definitely use this company again.
