I was taken in by ambulance on Thursday morning in excruciating abdominal pain left for 4 hours with no pain relief or fluids stuck in a corner that wasn't even a bay. Health care assistants were amazing and definitely the back bone of the department but nurses were rude and uncaring. As someone who works in social care I am very disappointed no wonder I receive so many unsafe discharges

Couldnt have wished for better treatment from the nurse led A and E staff. Everyone I came into contact with were couteous, respectful, thorough and extremely professional.Kings Mill management should be very proud they have frontline staff who represented the NHS and Kings Mill in a very positive light. Thankyou
