Five stars I cant fault them. Always there at the end of the phone. They were so helpful when we moved into our property and had teething problems with the central heating even though it was a Friday afternoon. They called us back straightaway. Thankfully we figured out the issue. They are very thorough with the upkeep and maintenance of the property. Whenever anything needs doing they are always on top of it. From gas checks to replacing the meter for a smart one. We dont need to ask them. Thats what you want in a landlord. The property is beautifully decorated, clean and very modern. Its very spacious and light. Would recommend Metlane again and again and again. Five stars plus. Thanks guys for giving us a lovely, warm, welcoming and beautiful home to make memories in.

Reviewing on here after they hid my FACTUAL review on Facebook. Called to request a viewing of a property. No answer on several occasions during office hours. Sent a message via Facebook and was advised they would be in touch when they'd spoken with the lady who does the viewings. I heard nothing so text them via a number on a poster in the window of the property. They blamed the lack of response on being short staffed and said someone would be in touch. To this day I am still waiting! If this is how they treat potential tenants, I'm glad I'm not becoming an actual tenant! I ended up going to an alternative agency, and secured a property in less time than these cowboys took to answer my messages!!
