My time at Bank House was more than impressive. I have been to other rehabilitation centres in the past and for me and my experience Steps Together have shone out above the rest. You can really tell that the organisation and all the teams are working toward the same goal, which is to provide the very best clinical and therapeutic care to each and every individual that walks through their doors. You are treated as an individual not a number, the team are solely devoted to your care, the food is excellent from their in-house chefs and the recovery program is run by recovered addicts and that makes all the difference. What they don't know about recovery isn't worth knowing! It was so good, I extended my stay to their secondary phase rehab, Elizabeth House for two months, which for anyone wanting to achieve long term sobriety is a must! That's made all the difference to me this time around. Keep doing what you are doing and helping other people like me recover. Forever in my gratitude for your love and care.

poor service . members of staff sit around all day smoking cigarettes and do not help any of the clients . would not recommend this facility to any one

Wonderful place. Staff genuinely care, top therapists, great food, this is the best place you can go to kick start your recovery and learn about addiction.

My experience with Steps Together was excellent. The staff are compassionate, empathetic and patient. I was made to feel very valued and staff consistently went the extra mile for myself and the other clients in the rehab. The facilities are excellent, my room was warm and comfortable and the food is almost too good ! I am extremely grateful to everyone at Steps Together for helping me to get back into recovery and I would have no hesitation in recommending this this rehab to my family and friends.
