Really unhappy with the service. I have been waiting since June 2019 and feel really let down. Made over 30 plus calls to this service in the year or so that ive been waiting and never once got anyone to answer the phone. I have even messaged the Facebook page to try and make contact with no joy. My personal experience is that cruse are unhelpful and waiting times are far to long. I hope this feedback changes things for people that really need this service in the future.

After both my parents dying within two months of each other February and April this year I felt like I didn't know what to do or who to turn too. Sue at cruse put me at ease. I've been put on the waiting list now. But also want to thank my lovely husband for giving me support throughout this as it isn't easy for him.
