Disgusting care for my sister in law who is bedridden, made multiple complaints to the manager but what a shame the carers are family, its an absolute joke. Dont worry this is being taken further. Your carers choose to work in this profession so should not be complaining about making someone feel comfortable and that there are smells. Every day my sister in law is crying, I think its time to name and shame them, and dont worry you will be hearing from Safeguarding

No idea at all how to care for elderly and vulnerable patients. Left our relative who is completely immobile sitting in a chair at the night time visit! No medication given, no nightwear put on. This patient has Dementia and is dying of cancer. Her husband called me completely distraught. If he hadn't of had family close she'd have been left in a chair all night!!!!! Basically their approach is - ask the patient if they need anything and if they say no then leave. I dread to think how they treat patients who don't have family members our advocates to complain. My complaint wasn't registered formally as I don't have POA - what a joke, and what a great way to wriggle out of taking responsibility. My complaint will go to the CQC. Appalling 'care' from the 'carers', defensive responses to complaints. Shocking!
