We cannot thank Embrace Financial Services enough for all their help, guidance and patience in helping us to get a mortgage, We were in a very difficult situation for obtaining a mortgage due to our multiple disabilities and complex health issues. Our financial advisor Paul went above and beyond to find us a bank that would allow us to have a mortgage from them, he guided us thru every step of the process, was always available by email or phone to talk thru any issues or anxieties we were having. We finally had our mortgage approved and are now on our way to buying our own home.

Paul Cotterill the mortgage advisor is the best mortgage advisor I have ever known or used, and I've had many a mortgage. He is so so efficient, he listens to what you want, makes sure he understands how you want to manage your mortgage moving forward and then gets you the very best deal. Hes arranged lots of mortgages for us over the years and all have completed satisfactorily and stress free. Whilst ever hes writing mortgages we wont use anyone else. We highly recommend him.

The service of a certain gentleman Mr. PAUL C. has been superb and borderline bewildering. Paul has been calm, patient, attentive and remarkable in his diligence to help us every step of the way.
