Website is dreadful. PDF's do not work and the tech team have not worked out how we can download a PDF after months and months now! Not a good advert for the company!!!

Offer no consumer protection at all. Elecsa registered electrician performed dangerous and substandard work with a clean certification. Elecsa took weeks and offered no resolution. Avoid placing any reliance on this body they dont care.

I paid the money for registration but now I change my mind and told them can you refund my fee which I paid called them few times in 5 weeks they cancel in the system and right note money is nonrefundable but nobody mention to me .
