Absolutely appalling to cancel someones appointment who have been waiting a month for some very important results!without any correspondence of the cancellation and to be told you would have to ring daily!not acceptable after trying the route of phoning daily to be told that we couldnt use this form of way for the results we needed!

Great staff but some are more knowledgeable than others. The phone system is a nightmare though.

I been trying for ten mins when they told me to call bqck regarding my 2 month old pathetic they need to hire proper people then they say call back at 12:30 and then dont get back to you or say there fully booked up yet you been told to call them by a doctor pathetic

Sorry but the doctors have really annoyed me made appointment for the 4th August with the nurse and had a text confirmation, phoned to confirm doctor had let the nurse know I was having I was having bloods taken to be told I haven't got appointment was livid as had proof on confirmation, so it was sorted for 5th August gets there for appointment and same again been told no appointment had been made so booked for Friday 13th August im really thinking of changing doctors never had this problem before but twice this as happened not do not knowore

Absolutely brilliant, yes it is difficult with current situation re Covid but I have been really pleased with everyone at this surgery. Pleasant, helpful and Dr's and Nurses alike are very compassionate and understanding. Would certainly recommend them.
