        Wanted to order a treat for my grandparents stuck at home with Covid. I don't live locally but the member of staff I spoke with over the phone (Emily?) was absolutely fantastic. She made numerous phonecalls for me to organise what I wanted and was very patient / accommodating of my fussiness! All this on a Friday afternoon when I could hear the cafe was very busy, and with only her on shift. She went completely out of her way and even offered to write "Get well soon" on the box. My grandparents were absolutely delighted with their afternoon tea and it really cheered them up. It was also very affordable for the amount and quality of what they received. I'm very impressed and looking forward to visiting Tea with Mrs. B next time I'm in the area.
