I went in yesterday for 35mm pipe insulation and was stood waiting on my own in the shop for about a minute. suddenly an uncle fester type character appeared looking me up and down like I shouldn't be there with the worse attitude you could ever imagine, He didn't have a clue and shouted 'Thirty five' back at me, they either don't stock it or he couldn't be bothered to get it, but it wasn't the attitude I expected . This is not the first time I have had this experience. This man has no customer skills and don't have a clue on the other occasions I have been in there I had similar experiences with him and can't remember ever buying from them because they never stock what I want or at least fester can't be bothered to get it. I'll definitely be avoiding this shop and can't believe it's still open with him in there. Yes i have visited several times before and had similar from Fester, even spoke to the manager out on a job when they blew up a boiler on a bathroom install and I fixed it. I went to Solutions at the end of Outram Street and they were spot on, had my stuff and customer care was in the 21st century.

During this difficult time with many manufacturer's closed due to the Covid outbreak, FG Waltons still managed to source alternatives and deliver on time. Excellent overall shopping experience with everything we needed and much more. We are very pleased with all the products that you supplied at very reasonable prices. FG Walton staff are always extremely friendly providing a fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend. Thank you all very much. Well done.
