We care a great deal about our dog and who cares for her when we have work commitments or holidays. We have very high expectations due to previous boarder (we were paying to find out she was locked in a caravan). Sam met them all! Sam and her family are fantastic. Always accommodating, friendly and dog focused. Ultimately we will now not leave our dog with anyone else and have rearranged our Christmas holiday as I am unable to trust anyone else. Sam's home has been adapted so it is not only safe but clean. You DO NOT get that awful dog or urine smell when we visit like other home boarders and daycares. Sam showed us all her paperwork, licenses and legal documentation, the only one to do this. We visited four locally! Our dog now stays at least once a month if she needs to or not. Our dog is always excited to go in and not all that fussed about coming out! This is when you know you have made the right decision! I would highly recommend Sam to everyone!
