        I bought a 4 in 1 tap which didnt work when I got it. They sent a part but no instructions. Luckily I have a friend who worked out how to use the part. Less than a year later the tap started pouring, even when not in use, so I have emailed them twice, but NO REPLY! Therefore Ive had to do something Id never normally do DO NOT BUY OFF THOS COMPANY

        Initial delivery was excellent however I had returned 3 items. Only been refunded for one. Customer service have tried to return an item that wasnt sent back. Was supposed to get a response back from customer service after calling but didnt. Submitted a case through PayPal to get my refund.

        I do not recommend anyone buy from this seller. Sold me a very poor quality sink it was so flimsy it could hardly hold the weight of the tap. It marked and scraped so easily it was impossible to make it look clean and the brackets that you secure the clips onto completely broke away from the sink. Contacted the seller twice about this issue and no response. Very poor
