Cromwell Tools (Mansfield)

Have been down this week to buy some drill bits. It seems that this company is online or phone order only now. The door was locked and a bell is present to press for collections. Wasted my time going to buy in person.

Ok. Wanted 3 items including masking tape, none of which they had in stock. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are ok, but the website is a tad basic and it's not always easy to narrow down a search to find exactly what you want.

I wouldnt recommend this store at all. The clueless staff made me stand at the counter for 5/10 minutes whilst they were chatting about last nights football scores, only for one of them to say you need to press the buzzer mate. - What did they think I was doing stood there? Waiting for a bus!? I then had to help them provide their own product codes as they were inadequate to find the products themselves. Would highly recommend taking the trip to Nottingham branch and save yourself the hassle - youll probably get there quicker than it will for someone to serve you at the Mansfield counter!
