        Went to an event in Nottingham where the host made derogatory and racist comments. I emailed about the incident and got told that I would be emailed back within 48hrs, its been 5 years. Disgusting.

        Terrible customer service and aftercare sales. Poor communication, I have contacted the company 7 times via telephone and sent 4 emails yet no one has bothered to respond. I would avoid buyer tickets from this company
