Appalling service. Got a call at 17:30 the night before telling me what I need to bring before the courtesy car but as its a company car not easy for me to get all the details. Got a courtesy car with barely any fuel or screen wash and hadnt even been defrosted in the morning. Went to collect it and they told me the software update hadnt finished so they would need to keep it until the next day, no problem. Asked if they would call when its ready which they said they would but it never happened so I called them to find it was shut at midday. So Ive been left without my car which has my work gear in which I need for tonights shift. Thanks Perrys
