Visited Royal Cuisines Pleasley at the end of the Summer, with regard to a complete kitchen refit. Discussed with Howard and Liz with regard to the general outline/layout that I was looking for and for them to project manage this to completion. Ultimately, realisation of the design exceeded my expectations and all the tradesman who worked on my property were very professional and did a fantastic job. Ill be using their services again next year and cant recommend them highly enough. Its also important to support small local businesses with great customer service. Fantastic service and excellent quality kitchen units, there unfortunately was one item missing from our order, within an hour of me calling the item had been delivered to us. Would 100% recommend this company, nothing was too much. They suggested improvements to the design with no heavy selling. Thank you, a pleasure to buy from. Edit: Unfortunately, I am having to amend my review 6months into owning the kitchen. A crack appeared on a section of the plinth on a wall unit, our toaster resides underneath this unit on the work surface, I was informed that the heat from the toaster had caused the crack (we use the toaster approx twice a week) and that we should pull the toaster out from underneath the wall unit- this would mean that the toaster would be sitting precariously close to the edge of the unit. I have never seen or heard of a kitchen not being able to withstand the heat of a toaster and I would suggest that if this is the case then the kitchen is not fit for purpose. The plinth underneath the kettle up to yet is fine and the housing around the ovens are also OK. I was offered replacement plinths at trade price, a cost which I feel should not be mine to incur. Very disappointed that a kitchen cannot withstand heat
