        Ordered online to collect an item from H&B at Oak Tree Tesco. The item which was next day click and collect took 3 days to arrive and when I went to fetch it the staff couldn't find it although they did confirm that it had arrived because a member of staff had seen it! 'Come back another day' was the helpful advice! I don't think so, I'm hanging on the phone for customer services for a refund as I write the review!
