        When dealing with this company I've found the technician and the phone staff extremely helpful and pleasant ,the price is good and the quality of the work is brilliant can't recommend this company enough. So when I need a second repair they were my first choice.

        Booking confirmed and arrived at requested time of 15 minutes before appointment of 15:00hrs No one there to meet me and unable to contact the call centre for over an hour. I finally got through to an operator who could not understand what had happened. Prromised a call back from a schedular that afternoon. Shedular rang back 24 hours later. Poor dervice and another firm asked to complete the repair
